Mankato Figure Skating Club

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

The Mankato Figure Skating Club (MFSC) welcomes skaters of all ages and abilities, starting at three years old: no skating experience necessary! Practices are held at All Seasons Arena in Mankato (1251 Monks Avenue) year-round, divided into three sessions: Spring, Fall, and Summer.

MEMBERSHIP
MFSC is a member of the U.S. Figure Skating (USFS), the national governing body for the sport of figure skating in the United States. This allows MFSC members to take standardized tests governed by the USFS and to participate in sanctioned competitions and other skating events.

By joining MFSC, each skater becomes a member of our club, as well as a member of USFS. To skate with the Club, each skater is required to have a current USFS and MFSC membership. This is covered by an annual membership fee.
MEMBERSHIP/LESSON OPTIONS
MFSC skaters (age 3 - 18) can join Basic Skills program or Senior Club, based on their skill level. Most skaters start by joining the Basic Skills program, which offers instruction in small groups based on skill level and age. MFSC also offers membership for adults, which include small group and individual lessons. Adults are any skaters older than 18 or MFSC skaters who have graduated from high school.
